I, too, also have the Action button flash on the screen in between interactions especially when there is a delay in between interactions for example when there is a brief audio that plays on interaction complete and the audio parameter is set to OnFinishSound. For these cases moving the Action button off screen works except for the first interaction which in my case is set to "Set" not "Start". In previous versions of TW I just lived with the Action button flashing because having interactions on "set" is the usual way to go instead of "start" because you don't want the player to always initiate an interaction just because they come close to the NPC.

Anyway, now with the new HUD switching functions I made one HUD with the Action button on-screen and one off-screen which I then use appropriately, but the whole game crashes a lot and it seems to be because of the HUD switching.

anyone else having the same issues with when using the new advanced HUD switching.

Hi,

I've tried creating numerous custom HUDs and switching between them but haven't came across any incidents where the world player has crashed. Can I suggest trying the same methods you've used again once 3.4 is out, which is scheduled for the end of January.

Thanks,
Alan
