We have just tried exporting a vertex animation with an object for the first time and have hit a brick wall straight out of the gate.
I created an object that was to simulate a fluid spill so simply created 3 very thin cylinders in max attached them all together and then animated them growing over 100 frames. It's a simple two-key scale animation.
All worked fine in MAX so I exported the object and then the vertex animation as described in the documentation. Compiled the object and imported it into TW.
Then we set the interaction so that when the character gets close the "spill" should start to grow. The Journey publishes fine but when we try to open it in the player we just get a big grey screen with "!Error!".
We have also imported the object in and set it to start when the scene opens and this throws no error but the object just sits there in the start position.
Can you offer any help?
