Someone recently asked me how to assign video textures within objects:
How do we need to set up an object in 3ds max so that it can be assinged a video to play in TW?
First make sure you have the latest version of Thinking Worlds 3.1. You do not need to do anything different from a normal model. The only difference being, once you come to ‘compile’ your object, within the object compiler, there is a ‘Video Material’ option.
Once you have selected the material to play the video, just use the logic canvas and Thinking Worlds editor, to play the video in game. The document above references playing videos on page 4 and 5.
