Why does this site seem dead?

Postby Watergruvin » Mon Feb 06, 2012 8:57 am

The links throughout the site are dead...there is no one on these boards...nobody responds to your emails?

This seems like an amazing product...why the disconnect here?

Hello,

Our users generally just use this forum as a means of support and we are more than happy to assist you in resolving any issues you may have with the tool. Of course, the more active periods of our availability is, understandably, through the normal office working hours on weekdays. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any more questions you may have.

Thanks,

Hi Gregg,

So why all of the dead links and the relatively low population of users? Is this a new product?

I'm not aware of any recent dead links and, over time, older links will inevitably break as things move on. If you could point out any examples of these, I may be able to redirect you to a relevant, working link to assist you or even assist you myself.
As for the forum population - it is not necessary for any of the users who download the tool to sign up for the forum. Therefore, many people will be able to happily use the tool without the need for support. Only if someone has an issue with the program, a tutorial request or other similar things do they tend to sign up for the forum to have the ability to post and interact with the developers/supporters of the tool or/and other users.

Thanks,
Gregg
