Trigger Particle Animation turn off

Hi. My collegue has posed me a problem I cannot answer. He needs an infinate particle animation that turns off when an object is collected. There does not seem to be anyway however to cancel a particle animation. Is there a work around for this?

Hi,

One way of doing this is to not set the animation to a visible object, instead set it to an invisible object instead which is at the same location. What this means is that you can manipulate the entity with the particle animation on it to a marker which is below the environment or just generally not in a visible location.
