Q. What is a Thinking WorldTM task?
A. A Thinking WorldTM task is a challenge that will take place in a 3D world. For example you may be answering multiple choice questions about how blood gets around the body, whilst exploring a 3D set of lungs. Or you may be bringing different characters information about bullying in a 3D classroom.

Q. How do I launch a Thinking WorldTM task?
A. In the launch room you will see a large plasma screen. From here you can launch all of the Thinking WorldTM tasks that you have. To launch a task walk onto the logo and the display screen will activate. Once the screen has activated use the arrow keys to select the application that you wish to run and press the Enter key.

Q. How do I get my character to run within a Thinking WorldTM task?
A. To get your character to run, simply hold down the SHIFT key whilst pressing one of the arrow keys.

Q. How do I pause or leave a game?
A. To pause or leave the game at any time press the P key. To resume the game press Enter or choose one of the other options if required, such as Return to the Atrium.

Q. What is the PDA?
A. Your PDA is an information store and more, it contains your task instructions and learning goals in case you forget what you are doing. It can also provide you with a summary of how you are getting along in the task.

Q. What is the shop?
A. The shop is a room in the Atrium that has upgrades that you can buy for your player character. You can buy things like new hair styles and clothes.

Q. Where is the shop?
A. The shop is in the Atrium, it is down the stairs to the right of the launcher screen. You can visit it anytime you are in the Atrium.

Q. Can I change the character that I am in a Thinking WorldTM?
A. Yes there are quite a few different characters that you can choose to play with. To change the character that you are, you need to go to the character select room down the stairs to the left of the launcher.
